Back to work presenting two workshops next week, many of my colleagues will be live in Malaysia but I will be online from the UK. Originally I was just presenting one session until one of the workshop presenters was taken ill so I was volunteered to do two night shifts on Monday and Tuesday 22-23rd August between 1.00am to 10.00am in the UK
The two workshop session will be:

PoP Package on Package/QFN BTC Assembly & Process Defects
